Thank you so much for all your support of our event on the 27-29th November 2023. As the event manager, I really appreciated all your help in the lead up where you answered a myriad of questions, I sent to you via email and looked for solutions as new requirements popped up. You also worked with me to find something that would be within our budget but did not disappoint in quality (especially the food). I appreciated you liaising with the Travelodge on our behalf for the discounted rates we were then able to make available to our attendees. Our event was a bit complex in that we had 5 events in the one but it flowed well. You were flexible in working out meal planning on the days given we didn’t have exact numbers for each room. Your assistance during the conference was also very welcomed. Jenna did a good job of helping out during the event and Ljupche was fantastic regularly ensuring I didn’t need anything else and acting promptly when I did need something. This was my first major event at ANSTO (which is run every 4 years here in Sydney and is so high profile the CEO attends). I am so grateful that I had you and the team working with me to pull it off. I will certainly recommend your facilities in future to our people at ANSTO.

On behalf of our team at Rosalie Douglas Real Estate, I wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Club Directors for the fantastic Melbourne Cup function yesterday. The menu selection and food quality were outstanding, and everyone at our table loved their meals. The elegant table decor added a perfect touch to the occasion. The managers and staff were exceptional—professional, non-intrusive, and always with a smile, which we greatly appreciated. The entertainment was a highlight, with fun performances, great music, talented dancers, and talented singers. Thank you again for such a professionally organised event. We’re already looking forward to attending next year.
